Acts awarded with the Best Acts Award have been viewed by the Best Acts team, all of which are professional entertainers in their own right. Our team have verified that these acts are amongst the VERY BEST in their given field, giving you peace of mind in knowing that you will be booking a quality act amongst the very best in the business. Provisional acts listed are entered at Standard Level, meaning that they have proven exceptional in their field though have not provided proof that they continue to adhere to our strict criteria. In this case the act is authorised to display the standard Best Acts Award. Once proof has been obtained and the act provides evidence of their continued commitment to the highest standard of quality and service, the coveted Best Acts Seal of Approval is awarded.

The Best Acts Seal of Approval is awarded on an annual basis to ensure that our criteria continues to be met. This includes obtaining customer feedback from venues/ organisers and giving evidence of commitment to providing the very best service. If evidence is not provided each year, the act returns to our Standard representation level meaning that they are still a first class act, though we have no evidence that they continue to meet our essential criteria. In this case, the act must remove our coveted Seal of Approval from all promotional material, websites etc though can still display the standard Best Acts award. Acts must legally adhere to these conditions.

If, for any reason, the quality of an act/ sound system used etc fails to meet our stingent criteria, they will be completely removed from our database and will have NO level of representation through Best Acts. In this case, the Best Acts Award and any reference must be removed from acts materials, websites etc. Our database is always up to date. If unsure whether an act has continued to meet our criteria, please check before booking.
